About me
I'm a therapist in training who believes your body deserves a seat at the table.
I'm a Counseling Psychology Graduate Student and certified yoga instructor specializing in trauma-informed, somatic-centered care. I was trained through YogaX at Stanford Psychiatry, where I deepened my understanding of yoga as a tool for mind-body connection. My practice is built on a simple truth: your body holds stories, patterns, and wisdom that words can't fully reach.
I work with high-achieving individuals — especially women of color — who are navigating the invisible weight of perfectionism, anxiety, identity pressure, and nervous system dysregulation. Individuals who are exhausted from performing strength and ready to actually feel it.
My approach weaves together evidence-based psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, and yoga-based nervous system regulation. This isn't about relaxation as a luxury — it's about regulation as a foundation for everything else in your life.
My Therapeutic Philosophy
Healing isn't linear, and it isn't one-size-fits-all. I believe in meeting you where you are with warmth, intelligence, and cultural humility. I hold space for the whole of you: the achiever and the exhausted one, the strong one and the one who needs rest.
